The procedure is to calculate the weight of the pieces of their luggage, including carry on. The Office of the Republic of Cuba states that any passenger may bring:

The following electrical appliances: Freezers with a capacity greater than 7 feet, air conditioners, stoves and burners, including resistors, Microwaves and ovens, showers, deep fryers, water heaters, irons whose consumption exceeds 290 watt / hour without spraying or 703 watt / hour with spray and steam, toasters.
