The Hiedra´s House, is located in a residential area of Santiago. It has a garage for three cars, a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen. Also on this level there is a lush backyard with an eat al fresco pergola that seats 10 people or more; a gazebo with a satellite radio and speakers and plugs for any music player device, also the comfortable furniture invites you to relax looking the landscape or watching the hummingbirds, butterflies and endemic birds that come to enjoy the honey from our hibiscuses. There is also a charcoal barbecue area where we often grill fresh seafood, meat or paella for our guests. You can also enjoy our year around sun in the bed by the pool or refresh after a hot day in the exceptional nice water of the pool. You can also have access to an underground squash court if you feel like practicing sports.
There are three guests bedrooms in the top floor: The master bedroom with a queen size bed, a walking closet with safe deposit, a large wooden island with drawers that separates the sleeping area from the in suite bathroom area. There is a TV and a minibar in the long chest of drawers in front of the bed. All the furniture was tailor made for this bedroom 50 years ago. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, a toilet and bidet in the same room. The sink is outside next to the wooden island and it has a marble countertop and all around wall to ceiling mirrors with a wall mounted hair dryer. The bedroom 2 has a double bed, a wall closet with safe deposit, a desk with minibar inside and a PC with internet access. Windows from floor to ceiling make the rooms very fresh and airy. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a wall closet, an iron bench, a desk and chairs. There is also a big mirror hanging on the wall next to the bed, a minibar, and windows from floor to ceiling that look to the balcony on the back of the house. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is next to number 2 and across from number 3 in the hall. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, a bowl sink on a marble countertop with all around mirrors to the ceiling, a toilet and a bidet, and a tall window that keeps it airy and dried. There is also a living room and a balcony overlooking the patio and pool and the Havana Woods. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. Bathrooms have hot and cold water.
